What type of market analysis do I get? We'll use current market sales to establish the value of your home. We identify 'like' properties in 'like' areas to provide the most reasonable basis for value. In some cases we have to use 'like' properties that may not have all (or may have more) features than your home. In these cases we use a 'cost-basis' to adjust the prices of similar properties to determine the value of your home.

Don't all Real Estate Agents provide this service? I guess to some degree all agents do this. We add something special. First we give you more than just a print-out of properties for sale or sold. Without a true analysis, it might be had to figure out the value of your property. Second, we provide the price appreciation for homes on your street, or subdivision, or town. The level of appreciation analysis depends on the number of units sold in a given area. We start with street and broaden out if not enough units are available.
